Because Cats.

My blog is lacking. This was the thought I had once I finished writing my last post. It's lacking in something that catches the eye.
So because I'm in love, and I'm that girl, I'm going show you a picture of my cat. Because well, why the hell not?

A post a little less academic, and maybe a post that will make you chuckle.

I have no shame. More academic stuff to come.

    Lacy,

    I'm glad you posted something a little less academic! Like we discussed in class one day, why not make the blogs a little more exciting and post something unrelated to writing? Aren't we still exercising those writing muscles as long as we're writing something? Or, if pictures are worth a thousand words, does this picture of your cat fulfill the minimum word count for this week?

    GREAT POST! For real, we can only blab/read about our writing projects so much, and honestly it is a huge relief to see a picture of a cat here. When isn't it a relief to see a picture of a cat? I also am obsessed with my cats, especially my baby one named Walter. I think we should all resolve to incorporate more cat-related material into our academic work. Thanks for the best post of the day.

    Whether or not you intend it, I think a short post on your cat is a legitimate musing for a writing class. We want to be sharp writers, right? And here you've won at least two fans ^

    Most writers born after 1940 have to exhibit a sense of humor and personal candidness to get by. I hope I provided you adequate cover in case the Caroline reads your post.

    Ha this is funny and so darn cute! i think it is appropriate for this class, because its all about artistic expression, how and where you want to take your journals and our official assignments. Thank you for the laugh, i needed it!
